Prior to his work in education and content creator, Adeel built a successful career in banking, consumer business, and strategic planning, holding leadership roles at TCS, Silkbank, Dubai Islamic Bank, UBL and Union Bank. His expertise in credit products, consumer markets, and business development informs his approach to financial education, making him a sought-after speaker on personal financial management.
Alongside his work in education and finance, Adeel has been a popular radio presenter for over 20 years, currently hosting on Mera FM 107.4. His background in broadcasting and digital content creation enables him to engage diverse audiences and simplify complex topics, especially in areas like financial literacy and personal development.

Saira Ansari is a seasoned educator and counselor with 23 years of experience guiding O and A Level students in various esteemed institutions. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration (IBA) and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (IBA), as well as a Bachelor’s in Education (KU). Saira has also earned UK certifications in Counseling, including Level III (CPCAB) and is currently pursuing a UK Diploma in Integrative Humanistic Counseling (Level IV, CPCAB).
With a strong background in teaching Business Studies, Economics, and related subjects, Saira is also a certified NLP Master Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, and a Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy (ABNLP). She is currently associated with The City School, Beaconhouse School System, and Alpha College as a visiting faculty member for A Levels. Additionally, Saira serves as the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Nighdast and is the founder of Ultimate Counselling Cloud (UCC), where she also works as a Well-being Counselor.
Saira’s approach is student-centered, focusing on empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Dr. Ahmer Iqbal is an expert in educational technology based in Finland, holding a Ph.D. in Mathematical Information Technology with a focus on educational technology applications in academic settings. With over 16 years dedicated to research in this field, Dr. Iqbal’s work on virtual reality in education and student engagement has received widespread recognition and citations within the research community.
His contributions include authoring numerous research papers and book chapters, as well as serving on the program committees of several research conferences on virtual reality. Dr. Iqbal is eager to share his expertise with educational institutions in Pakistan and will enthusiastically offer valuable guidance on this project.
